  According to reports, the research team led by Wei Fei and Zhang Qiang from
the Department of Chemical Engineering at Tsinghua University has successfully
prepared a pillared graphene with self dispersion and non stacking properties,
which can be used for high rate and high capacity lithium sulfur batteries. The
related work was published on March 3, 2014 in the internationally renowned
academic journal Nature Communications, titled "Unstacked double layer template
graphene for high rate lithium sulfur batteries". It was also invited to be
introduced as a cutting-edge research work at the Physicist Organization Network
(PhysOrg) and the Nanowerk Network in the United States.
